About the Instructor
I am an Empath and an Indigo and my passion is helping you heal, find your power, and find your purpose in this life.
You see, growing up I struggled with anxiety and depression. Looking back I drank too much to escape my feelings. Going through my divorce, I had to do a lot of things out of my comfort zone. I had to take a good look at myself and deep down decide what was best for me. Through it all I stopped hiding and I finally found my voice and my passion.
And I want to help you do the same.
I am a trained Meditation Teacher, Master Reiki Practitioner and Channeler. On top of all this I teach classes on what I have learned that has pushed me further along my path.
